Service details, scope, and pricing will be confirmed in writing prior to commencement.

2. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes are based on the information provided at the time of estimate.
• Final pricing may vary if additional work is required beyond the agreed scope.
• Written approval is required for additional services.

3. Payments

• Payment terms will be outlined in the invoice or service agreement.
• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee.

• Secure valuable or fragile items prior to service.

6. Liability

• We are fully licensed and insured.
• Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or undisclosed property conditions.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to quality service. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion to allow corrective action.
